Can I shop without becoming a member?

Yes, you can place an order without becoming a member. During the checkout process, it is sufficient to fill in your delivery address and personal information. However, creating a membership makes it easier for you to track your orders.


I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forget your password, click on the membership icon located at the top right corner of the fritclean.com homepage. On the page that opens, click the “Click here if you forgot your password” link and enter your e-mail address.
Your new password will be sent to you via e-mail.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Delivery will be made by the courier company according to your location.
Delivery times may vary due to courier company workload on Sundays, public holidays, and special occasions.


Can I shop using bank transfer (Wire Transfer / EFT)?

Customers who do not use credit cards can complete their purchase by transferring the payment amount to the bank account below. Orders will be shipped after the payment is received.

Can I make installment payments?

Installment options vary depending on your bank. After entering your credit card details on the payment screen, you will be able to see the installment options offered by your bank.


Can I place an order with cash on delivery?

No, we do not offer a cash-on-delivery payment option.


I have a gift voucher. How can I use it?

Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart.
On the right side of the cart page, click the Enter Coupon Code link.
Enter your discount code in the box that appears and click the Apply button.
If your cart meets the campaign conditions, the discount amount will be applied to your cart total.


How can I cancel my order?

After placing your order on fritclean.com, if your product has not yet been packaged, you can request cancellation by calling our customer service at +90 534 277 77 06.
Your order will be canceled on the same day.


Which courier companies do you work with and what is the shipping fee?

We work with Yurtiçi Kargo and DHL.
For purchases made from our online store, the shipping fee is 84.90 TL throughout Turkey.
Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL and above.


How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to you via the Yurtiçi Kargo or DHL shipment tracking pages.


How can I make returns or exchanges?

No exchanges are available for purchases made on fritclean.com. Only returns are accepted.
You can create a return request from the My Account menu for the relevant order or contact Customer Service at +90 534 277 77 06.


What are the return conditions?

  • The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and not harmed due to user error.

  • The original sales invoice must be included with the return.

  • The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was received and, if the product has been used, to compensate for any loss in commercial value caused by use.
